8. Only one postponement may be requested, for a serious reason. The request must be made in writing to the Corporation not later than 1 clear day before the hearing.
No later request for postponement may be considered, unless exceptional circumstances arise that are set out in writing and submitted not later than 1 clear day before the hearing.
